CopperRidge Bees is hands-on, seasonal and connected to place. Our colonies forage across the mixed rural landscape around Otter Lake, producing honey that reflects what was blooming—and when.
We pay attention to colony strength, available forage and the rhythms of each season. We harvest only when the bees can safely spare it, so every batch is naturally limited.
As the apiary grows, our approach stays personal: careful observation, calm stewardship and respect for the individual colonies in our care.
